Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Healing Sessions & Courses
Bookings cancelled 48 hours before the session will receive a full credit or reschedule option.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be refunded.
Once a session or course has started, no refunds will be issued.
“No-shows” are considered completed sessions.
Digital Products
All downloadable or digital materials (e.g. meditations, e-books, courses) are non-refundable once purchased.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund it after verification.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
